What counts as a gesture
Relinkia uses a gesture model. A gesture is an intentional AI action you trigger — asking a question, stimulating two notes, or requesting a connection suggestion. Writing, navigating, and background processing are always free.

Counts as a gesture

Automatic concept extraction, embeddings, and background crons do not count as gestures — they are part of the base Relinkia experience and run freely in the background.

Daily gesture quota resets at midnight UTC. You can follow your daily gestures and a detailed breakdown of your AI usage at any time in Settings → Usage.
Bring your own key
On the Thinker + BYOK plan, you connect your own AI API keys and keep full control over usage and costs. During the beta, BYOK accounts share the same daily quota as Thinker (50 gestures / day); the cap will be lifted once your keys power every AI path in the product.
BYOK is available in account settings under AI Configuration. Once connected, you can remove or switch keys at any time.
