Relinkia

Data handling

Relinkia needs a server to think. Here is what happens to your notes, in plain words — the legal version lives in our Privacy Policy.

What Relinkia stores

Your notes, the concepts and connections derived from them, your sources (imported papers and clips), and your account data. That is what powers the thinking layer — nothing else is collected from your vault.

How it travels

Your content is synced over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored encrypted at rest, on servers hosted in Europe. Processing — concept detection, connections, discoveries, chat — happens server-side, scoped strictly to your account.

Who can see it

Only you. Your content is never shared with other users and never sold. Our team does not browse your notes; access to production data is restricted to operating and debugging the service.

AI processing

Relinkia calls large-language-model providers to power its intelligence features, under zero-data-retention agreements: your content is not stored by them after processing, and is never used to train AI models — neither ours nor our providers’.

Getting your data out

Everything exports as Markdown at any time — your notes work with or without Relinkia. To delete your account and data, contact us and it will be handled promptly.
